Kimm Rental Properties Limited buys homes in its own name and, when the time comes, sells those same homes. The house is ours between the purchase and the sale.
We are at The Old Stables in Nenthorn, near Kelso. A question about a house we own, or about a house we might buy, comes to us by email.
Buying
A purchase starts with a look. We walk the rooms, note what is tired and what is sound, and decide whether the house is one we want to own. If it is, we buy it. The name on the purchase is ours.
We are not a desk that finds a buyer for someone else’s house. If you are selling your own home to the open market, that is a different job. If you want to offer a house to us, say so on the contact page and include the address.
Selling
A sale is of a house we already hold. Viewings are by arrangement. Questions about the rooms, the heating, or the garden come by email, and we answer from what we know of that house.
We do not take a fee to list a home that belongs to somebody else. If the house is not ours, we will say so plainly.
Before we buy, we want the address, a few photographs if you have them, and whether anyone is living there. We do not turn up without a time agreed.
Before we sell, a viewer gets a time, a short description of the rooms, and a clear answer if we are not ready to sell that house yet. See inside for the kind of rooms we walk.
